From my perspective it is definitely the fear of God
I think it love, because if you love God you will fear God and so it is in your marriage. When you love your spouse you will trust him or her. Read 1Corithian 13:1-13 love is the greatest.

God fearing, love and trust.
I think it is based on four qualities
Trust, loyalty understanding and love
To me the bedrock of marriage is understanding, commitment and tolerance.
