I’m going to begin my response with a simple definition of what A balanced diet is.
A balanced diet is a diet that contains all the six classes of food. These food classes include carbohydrates, proteins, mineral salt, fats and oils, vitamins and water.
Some of the benefits of regular intake of balanced diet are:
1. It keeps you healthy and strong.
2. It boosts your immune system.
3. It enhances your mental health, etc.
