Mystery! What I know is that the human brain is like a computer system that registered many things in it . store them and bring them out when there is need for it. Men had registered the evil women can do to them because their lives are depending on woman/lady they marry in some areas like food, sex, children and at time success. Either through personal experience or story or shared experience.

On the hand women that fear cockroach, is just their momentary and psychological impulse that causes some immediate irritation and fear. It can occur in some men also.
