The indie game studio RuniQ has announced that Heroes of Mount Dragon is launching on PC in June and on Nintendo Switch in September. Additionally, the first playable demo of the game is now available on Steam as part of Steam Couch Co-Op Fest. Any enthusiastic co-op side-scrolling brawler fan can dive right into it and experience its action.

Heroes of Mount Dragon brings fantasy and classic Saturday morning cartoons to life with hand-drawn 2D art blended into a lively 3D world. This fast-paced side-scrolling brawler lets players choose dragon-morphing heroes, each with unique powers, to battle solo or with friends, whether playing locally or online. Use strategic power-ups, unleash powerful attacks, and even throw in a few sneaky curses to shake up the fight.

Dive into a frantic beat ’em-up adventure with eight dragon-morphing heroes, each with unique skills and combos. At launch, four of these powerful warriors will be available, with the remaining four arriving in the following months. Players can transform into mighty dragons, unleashing devastating attacks while unlocking powerful upgrades to grow stronger throughout their journey.

Whether teaming up or battling it out, the game offers a mix of cooperative and competitive modes.
