Where to watch UFC 322 in Canada: Della Maddalena vs Makhachev

The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is hosting its first numbered pay-per-view (PPV) event since Tom Aspinall had his eyes poked by Cyril Gane. This time, the event is headlined by Jack Della Maddalena defending his welterweight title against Islam Makhachev

UFC 322 is scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 15, at the legendary Madison Square Garden in New York City, New York. Early Prelims will start at 6 PM ET, or 3 PM PT for those on the west coast.  Prelims start at 8 PM ET, or 5 PM PT. Point to note- that is a rough start time that could change depending on how long the early prelims go on for.

Although not as star-powered as UFC 320 was, there are still some pretty good fights scheduled on this card. With that in mind, if you are Canadian and eager to catch the action, here are some options for you:

Schedule
Early Prelims

Viacheslav Borschev vs. Matheus Camilo
Baisangur Susurkaev vs. Eric McConico
Angela Hill vs. Fatima Kline
Pat Sabatini vs. Chepe Marsical
Kyle Daukaus vs. Gerald Meerschaert

Prelims

Malcolm Wellmaker vs. Ethyn Ewing
Erin Blanchfield vs. Tracy Cortez
Roman Kopylov vs. Gregory Rodriguez
Bo Nickal vs. Rodolfo Vieira

Main Card

Beneil Dariush vs. Benoît Saint Denis
Leon Edwards vs. Carlos Prates
Sean Brady vs. Michael Morales
Valentina Shevchenko vs. Zhang Weili (Women’s Flyweight title bout)
Jack Della Maddalena vs. Islam Makhachev

Where To Watch
As expected, plenty of streaming services and Canadian TV providers are carrying the event in Canada.

Prelims can be viewed on either Sportsnet or TVA Sports, but the UFC 322 main card is strictly on pay-per-view (PPV). Early prelims can be viewed through UFC Fight Pass.

Currently, the PPV will be available to order on Sportsnet+, UFC PPV on UFC Fight Pass, YouTube, and multiple Canadian TV providers (Bell, Rogers, SaskTel, etc.)

Fight Pass, UFC’s streaming service, is currently available on an annual basis or a two-month special. The annual plan costs C$61.99, while the two-month special costs C$14.99. Currently, Fight Pass is available on Android, iOS, Amazon Fire devices, Chromecasts (although it is not listed on the website, it is compatible), ROKU, Xbox, LG, Samsung Smart TVs, and Sony TVs with Android TV capability.

Similarly to previous UFC cards, DAZN will also be hosting the event. However, it does require a DAZN subscription in order to actually get the pay-per-view, which is a pain. Thankfully, the DAZN plan that includes the UFC is the cheapest, but it costs about C$24.99 a month. However, if you have a DAZN subscription already and regularly use it, you can buy the pay-per-view through DAZN itself for C$69.99. If you are a regular YouTube user, the platform will also be carrying a stream of the PPV for the same price (C$69.99).

As a small note, most local bars and restaurants will also be carrying the event, with most ‘sports bar’ style establishments allowing walk-ins for the event. If you want to grab a good spot, I would recommend showing up early.

However, if you prefer to skip the streaming and watch the pay-per-view from home, several Canadian TV providers will be carrying UFC 322. If you are currently subscribed to one of these providers, you can follow the links below for information on how to order the event:
