Celebrating their daughter Saraayah’s first Christmas, Kiara Advani showed off a customized ornament dedicated to their baby girl, whom Sidharth Malhotra calls the “superstar” of the house and the inspiration for his newfound respect for motherhood.
Christmas is approaching, and Kiara Advani is ready for the festive spirit. The new mother has just given a sneak peek of her and spouse Sidharth Malhotra’s Christmas tree adorned with affection and devotion to their little girl, Saraayah. Kiara posted on her Instagram Story a photo of the adorned Christmas tree, declaring December the greatest month of the year. Kiara had her daughter Saraayah’s name engraved on a Christmas ornament that became the highlight of the holiday tree. Although she didn’t reveal the complete name, the obscured text stood out as the focal point of the tree.
Kiara posted a close-up of a cup of hot drink with a Christmas tree behind it on Instagram. The new mother seems to be savoring the beverage completely on this warm winter afternoon. Alongside the picture, the actress penned in the caption, “Best time of the year.”
Kiara and Sidharth had their daughter in July 2025, naming her Saraayah Malhotra. The pair shared promises in a romantic ceremony in 2023.
Sidharth discussed the name of his daughter and its significance. In a previous conversation with Mojo Story, the actor shared that Saraayah is a Hebrew name signifying “God’s Princess,” while its Arabic roots translate to “princess” or “noble shelter.” Sidharth also talked about his routine as a new father and said, “Waking up with her stretching. Life has definitely changed for the better ever since I became a girl dad. She’s in her best phase right now.”
He elaborated, “I have never lost so many arguments to someone who can’t speak. I realised that I am no longer the hero of the house; she’s the superstar.”
He further added, “Men always talk about courage, grit and strength. But women demonstrate all those when they become mothers. I saw her go through hormonal and physical changes during pregnancy, and then become the superhero that she is today. I am contributing in the little ways I can by changing diapers, clicking photos, and keeping a happy environment.”
