The Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 trailer starring Kartik Aaryan, Vidya Balan, Madhuri Dixit, and Tripti Sanon was released this week. It is the third installment of the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise, which started in 2007. The first film, directed by Priyadarshan, starred Akshay Kumar, Vidya, and Shiney Ahuja. It was a remake of the hit Malayalam movie, Manichitrathazhu. The first BB film was tremendously loved. However, in 2022, Kartik replaced Akshay in the horror-comedy franchise. As reported by several entertainment news portals, Akshay Kumar broke his silence on cameo rumours in Kartik’s movie. The actor was asked if it was true, to which he replied, “No, absolutely not. It’s fake news.” Well, Akshay himself has cleared that he is not a part of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3. We hope it puts an end to all the speculations. This year, Akshay appeared in three movies as a lead: Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Sarfira, and Khel Khel Mein. He had a special appearance in Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor’s Stree 2. In a few days, we will again see him on screen as Sooryavanshi in Rohit Shetty’s Singham. Fans are looking forward to watching the movie that brings back Ajay Devgn, Akshay and Ranveer Singh on screen again. The movie also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Kapoor and Tiger Shroff. It will hit theatres on November 1, 2024 and will clash with Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3.

Speaking of horror-comedy, after many years, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan will reunite for one. The actor made his big announcement during his birthday last month. The movie is titled ‘Bhooth Bangla’ and a fun announcement video was also released for the same. The actor captioned it, “Thank you for your love on my birthday, year after year! Celebrating this year with the first look of ‘Bhooth Bangla’! I’m beyond excited to join forces with Priyadarshan again after 14 years. This dream collaboration has been a long time coming… I can’t wait to share this incredible journey with you all. Stay tuned for the magic!”
