Bab Al Nojoum is excited to introduce its new “Expand Your Horizons” offer across its three properties in the UAE. From 1 October 2024, guests will be able to, quite literally, “expand their horizons” as they get to try out unique outdoor activities at Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat, Bab Al Nojoum Bateen Liwa, and Bab Al Nojoum Al Mugheirah, creating new memories and making the most of the wonderful winter weather.  

From decadent floating dinners and midnight feasts in a Bedouin tent to adrenaline-pumping foil boarding, dune-bashing adventures, and outdoor movie screenings, Bab Al Nojoum offers a wide variety of exciting, one-of-a-kind activities that guests can enjoy during their stay. Plus, to ensure guests have as much time as possible to try out the various activities, the properties will be offering a 50% discount on the best available rate for those who extend their two-night stay to a third night.  

Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat

At Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat, guests can look forward to fabulous beach-side activities and water-based sports, including wakeboarding, kayaking, jet-ski rides, sailing, evening boat tours, and even a unique floating dinner. 

The perfect romantic gesture, couples can enjoy a spectacular floating dinner set up in a private villa pool. While gently floating about, they can watch the sun set over the Arabian Gulf and indulge in delicious food and drink for AED500. A floating breakfast offering, AED350, is also available for early risers. 

A new addition to the activity offering at the property, guests can now also book foil-boarding sessions, from AED350 for 30 minutes. A novel way to ride even the smallest of waves, this promises to be a highlight of any stay at Bab Al Nojoum Hudayriyat. 

Bab Al Nojoum Al Mugheirah

This winter, guests to Bab Al Nojoum Al Mugheirah will not only be able to enjoy its spectacular natural surroundings from the comfort of their private outdoor decks but also explore it via guided walks or drives, as well as on horseback and by kayak. 

Highlighting the area’s unique fauna and flora, Bab Al Nojoum Al Mugheirah’s nature walks and drives are led by knowledgeable team members who have a wealth of knowledge to share about the area’s animals and plants. Be on the lookout for strolling gazelles and spot the UAE’s national tree, the Ghaf. Another great way to explore the area is by horseback, with rides starting at AED200. Guests can also explore the distinct mangrove forests via kayak, from AED60. 

Another activity unique to the property is its private al-fresco movie screenings. The perfect activity on a balmy evening, here you can stretch out under the stars, popcorn in hand, and enjoy your favourite movie. Bab Al Nojoum Al Mugheirah has an extensive film library to choose from, with private screenings for a minimum of 10 guests costing AED75 per person. 

Bab Al Nojoum Bateen Liwa

Making the most of its spectacular desert location amidst golden dunes, visitors to Bab Al Nojoum Bateen Liwa can look forward to thrilling desert adventures, from exciting outdoor sports to cultural activities, including stargazing, camel treks, dune bashing, sand boarding, desert safaris, and much, much more. 

Must-tries during the cooler months include a traditional Bedouin-style Sunset dinner followed by stargazing. The property’s lavish Sunset Dinner, AED600, is served al fresco on plush carpets and traditional Arabic dinnerware. Diners can look forward to an authentic Bedouin spread with Camel Meat Mandi, Lamb Ouzi, Spiced Grilled Tiger Prawns, and much more.
