Dragon Age: The Veilguard File Size Revealed As Preloads Go Live On Xbox

Dragon Age: The Veilguard hits Xbox Series X and S this Halloween, and a couple of weeks out from launch, we have the game’s file size revealed as preloading starts to go live.

Regardless of whether you’ve bought the game or not, you can now pre-install The Veilguard on your console via the Xbox mobile app. The game is coming in at roughly 92GB here, so it might be worth getting it downloaded and ready to go ahead of launch. Here’s how to do it if you haven’t purchased a digital version yet:

Go to the Xbox mobile app
Hit the magnifying glass, and then search for “Dragon Age: The Veilguard”
Select “Download To Console”

The launch is landing on October 31st, when developer BioWare unleashes its first Dragon Age game in roughly a decade on Xbox. The team’s previous DA release was Inquisition, which went on to become a hit for the team and publisher EA.

And, from what we’ve seen of The Veilguard so far – we’re hoping for similar things with this new release. During Summer Game Fest we got a nice early preview of what BioWare has been cooking up here, and that’s kept us suitably excited for the full game’s arrival later this month.
