Try Out RailGods of Hysterra
Developer Troglobytes Games and publisher Digital Vortex Entertainment have launched the first playtest of their upcoming title Railgods of Hysterra on Steam. Players will be able to embark on an experimental voyage into the nightmare world of Dreamers. So, be careful because it is going to be full of eldritch horrors and abominable living trains.

The playtest introduces several areas, including the first encounter with the astral RailGod, a towering blend of steam locomotive and cosmic entity. This otherworldly figure acts as a mobile base of operations.

Railgods of Hysterra is a co-op survival game for 1-5 players. You will venture into a world forged from the nightmares of Dreamers, men and women, Lovecraft’s chosen recruits. Confront the ancient Old Ones, cosmic forces unleashed on Earth, and fight to reclaim a reality twisted by their chaos.

Defeat corrupted enemies and use their remains to sustain the RailGod, pushing your journey deeper into the dark realm. Expand your train with new carriages, equipping them with defenses and crafting stations to forge stronger weapons and gear. You can also combine different skill sets to create unique playstyles and discover powerful combos. Explore this fading world solo or team up with up to four friends in an online co-op.

The game will be coming out on Steam Early Access. It will be available in English, French, German, Russian, Spanish – Spain, Portuguese – Brazil, Simplified Chinese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Polish, and Turkish languages
