Brian Christopher, a well-known casino influencer, hit his biggest win yet at MGM Grand Detroit. He won a jackpot of almost $80,000 while filming a live slot session for his fan club, the “Rudies.”
This happened during a promotional visit as Christopher played the “Crazy Chickens” slot machine. His $37 bet turned into a $79,589 payout, which was more than twice his previous best jackpot of $34,000, reported MLive.
Christopher felt a big win was coming because of how much he bet so one of his team started recording from another spot. As the jackpot got bigger, his excitement caught other players’ eyes, and a big group gathered to see him win.
The next day, at a fan event in the Axis Lounge, Christopher told how his lucky streak kept going even after the huge win. While he waited to get his first winnings, he played machines nearby and won several more jackpots. He ended up winning over $100,000 that night.
The big win happened at the same time as a planned fan meetup, part of his ongoing deal with BetMGM. Fans, including some who have watched his videos for years, came to hang out with him, grab some branded merchandise, and try their luck in raffles for extra prizes.
Christopher Turns Slot Videos into a Full-Time Career
Christopher’s journey as a casino personality kicked off eight years back when he put his first slot video on YouTube. What began as a fun experiment turned into a full-time job, with his channel now boasting over 707,000 subscribers and more than eight million people watching each month. His videos show him gambling with his own cash giving viewers both fun and useful tips about slot game tactics and how unpredictable machines can be.
Christopher has an impact on more than just entertainment. His down-to-earth style and real grasp of casino games made him a great fit to speak for the MGM brand and he became brand ambassador for BetMGM back in June. The company pointed out how well he connects with players as someone who plays games himself, not just talks them up.While it is not clear when he will be back in Detroit, Christopher will keep working with BetMGM until 2025. The company plan to set up more meet-and-greets and casino events. Looking back on how his career has grown, Christopher said he did not expect to do so well.
