Marschall signs new contract

Aston Villa is pleased to announce that Filip Marschall has signed a new contract with the club.

The goalkeeper is currently on loan at Crewe Alexandra in League Two where he has made 25 appearances, keeping nine clean sheets.

Marschall has previously spent time on loan with MK Dons and Gateshead, with whom he won the National League North title in 2022.

An FA Youth Cup winner in 2021, he made his senior debut for Villa last season in a UEFA Europa Conference League tie at HK Zrinjski.
