HK singer Jeffrey Ngai (魏浚笙) recently held a flash event, distributing merchandise including ice cream, napkins, cutlery bearing his name, and even soy sauce in Causeway Bay, Mong Kok to promote his new single! He also maintained a daily running routine to stay fit for his upcoming film role, which will see him collaborate with a Japanese actress as the female lead! Having completed his scenes in Hong Kong, he will continue filming in Japan after the Lunar New Year, staying there for over a month.

As the film includes numerous action scenes, the 26-year-old has already begun training and confirmed that he would be showcasing his physique. ” This is my first leading role, so I have high expectations for my physique. I’m pushing myself to have no regrets. Currently, I’m in peak condition, with well-defined muscles,” said the star, who reveals that he is “very satisfied” with his physique, and that he weighed less than during the filming of the 2022 series iSwim.

When asked if his girlfriend finds him more huggable now, Jeffrey humorously responded, “Actually, it’s more uncomfortable. People prefer soft pillows, not hard ones,” To maintain his physique, he plans to eat light during the Lunar New Year, avoiding festive foods to prevent indigestion and belly fat.

Asked about rumors about his friend Kaho Hung (洪嘉豪) and COLLAR member Ivy So (蘇雅琳) allegedly dating, Kaho has stated that they are just friends and emphasized that there’s no possibility of a romantic relationship. Jeffrey commented that Kaho has already addressed the matter, and opines that it is not his place to say much as an “outsider”, adding that many things depend on fate.
