Gisele Bündchen Welcomes Baby With Boyfriend Joaquim Valente
Aaron Judge’s home team just gained a new star player.
The New York Yankees outfielder revealed the birth of his first baby with wife Samantha Bracksieck, a little girl named Nora Rose Judge, whom they welcomed Jan. 27.
“What an incredible week it’s been,” the MLB star wrote in an Instagram post Feb. 5 alongside a black-and-white photo of the newborn’s feet. “Can’t wait for the memories the three of us make.”
Last month, Aaron, 32, announced his impending fatherhood in a video message as he accepted an honor from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.
“I’m truly humbled to be accepting the 2024 AL MVP Award,” he said in the clip, which was obtained by MLB.com. “I want to start by apologizing for missing the award dinner this evening, however my wife Samantha and I are expecting our first child any day and unfortunately could not make it.”
The new parents first began dating while attending Linden High School in Linden, Calif., and both went on to study at Fresno State University after graduating. And while the couple—who married in December 2021—largely keeps their family life out of the public eye, the baseball pro has shared how Samantha keeps him grounded amid his sports success.
“My wife has been with me through it all,” he told reporters at a press conference in September 2022, “and she’s calm as a cucumber, that’s for sure.”

In fact, before signing a nine-year contract with the Yankees worth $360 million later that year, Aaron turned to his wife for guidance.
“I got a chance to sit down with my wife and talk about a couple of things,” he said at a presser that December. “We both kinda came to the decision that was in our hearts, which is we belong in New York, we belong in this city.”
