A$AP Relli, the alleged shooting victim of A$AP Rocky, has lashed out at the rapper’s attorney, calling lawyer Joe Tacopina “annoying” in live court.
On Monday (Feb. 3), Relli, born Terrell Ephron, took the stand in a Los Angeles courtroom and became visibly irritable amid Tacopina’s line of questioning during his cross-examination of the accuser.
At one point during the proceedings, Relli snapped at Tacopina, expressing his frustration verbally. “You’re annoying, bro!” Relli declared, continuing a string of tense moments between the alleged victim and Rocky’s defense team.

Relli has voiced his disdain for Tacopina’s treatment of him during cross-examination, accusing the lawyer of attempting to confuse him and paint him in a negative light.
“I’m not on trial. I’ve been here for five days, dealing with this man,” Relli said in disgust. “I’ve been looking stupid for five days.”
The disgruntled New Yorker continued, declaring that he’s aware of Tacopina’s seemingly crafted tactics

Relli alleges that A$AP Rocky, born Rakim Myers, shot him in 2021 during an altercation in Hollywood over a lingering dispute. However, the rapper’s defense now argues that the weapon used during the confrontation was a prop gun meant to ward off attackers, as he considers himself a target due to his celebrity.

Tacopina has also accused Relli’s claims of being motivated by money, as an alleged recording of Relli boasting of walking away from the case with a big sum of money was played by the defense.
“Once I walk away, when I get my cash, the case will get way weaker,” a voice resembling Relli says in the recording created by Wally Sajimi, a mutual friend of Rocky and Relli, in 2022.

“It’s going to be hard for the DA to find me. Because I’m going to be on another island,” Relli is allegedly heard saying on the recording.
A$AP Rocky has pleaded not guilty to two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm. If convicted, he faces a maximum sentence of 24 years in prison.
