AgiBot Expedition A2 set a new Guinness World Record by completing a 106.286 km trek from Suzhou to Shanghai, the longest distance ever walked by a humanoid robot.
AgiBot Expedition A2 has successfully completed a landmark long-distance mobility challenge, walking from Jinji Lake in Suzhou to the Bund in Shanghai—a journey exceeding 100 kilometers across provincial lines.
On November 20, a Guinness World Records adjudicator officially presented the certificate confirming that AgiBot Expedition A2 (robot serial number SNA210041BA00652) achieved a total walking distance of 106.286 km, setting a new world record for the “Longest journey walked by a humanoid robot.”
This accomplishment marks a major milestone in the real-world endurance and mobility capabilities of humanoid robots, demonstrating the rising maturity of China’s robotics industry in autonomous walking, stability, and reliability across complex outdoor environments.
