Former Black Stars captain Asamoah Gyan went all out to celebrate his close friend, comedian Funny Face, on his 43rd birthday today, October 1, 2024.
In a heartwarming gesture, Asamoah Gyan surprised Funny Face with a beautifully decorated birthday cake to mark the special occasion.
The two share a solid friendship, and Gyan has been a loyal supporter of Funny Face, standing by him through thick and thin in recent years.
In a video shared on X, Gyan’s elder brother, Baffour Gyan, is seen personally presenting the cake to the comedian, adding a personal touch to the heartfelt celebration.
Along with the video, Asamoah Gyan wrote a touching message: “Someone help me wish the man on a mission, @funnyfacegh, a very big happy birthday. We fought many battles behind the scenes, and here we are today. A big thank you to my amazing brother Baffour Gyan for making this happen and to my brother from another mother, @e_adebayor, for always being there for our brother. Happy Birthday once again, my brother. Enjoy your day.”
Funny Face was overjoyed and expressed his gratitude to Asamoah Gyan, appreciating the thoughtful celebration and the strong bond they share.
