Baba Siddique shot dead: Police recover the pistol, possible Lawrence Bishnoi angle being explored

On Saturday night (October 12), National Congress Party (NCP) leader Baba Siddique was shot dead in Mumbai. As per the reports, the politician was shot by three unidentified men outside his son and MLA Zeeshan Siddique’s office in Bandra. Siddique was shot around 9:30 pm and was taken to Lilavati Hospital, where he was declared dead. The Mumbai police started their investigation on the case, which has shocked the nation. Several new updates have been out on the case of Baba Siddique being shot dead. As reported by Hindustan Times, the cops have recovered six empty bullet shells from the place where the politician was shot. The cops aren’t sure yet how many bullets were fired at Siddique and how many actually hit him. Further, they have arrested two people from Uttar Pradesh and Haryana and the third accused is still absconding. The cops revealed that the NCP leader received a death threat 15 days before, which led to his security being updated to the Y category. Another update that will shock our entertainment news readers is that the cops are also exploring a possible Lawrence Bishnoi angle. The Bishnoi gang has been threatening Salman Khan for quite some time. Further, the cops revealed that they have recoved a 9.9 mm pistol that was used to shoot Siddique last night. Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde told the media that strict action will be taken against those who took the law in their hands.
