BioWare’s ‘Core Team’ Working On Mass Effect 5 While Some Devs Move To Other EA Studios

BioWare, the developer behind Mass Effect and Dragon Age, has posted a new studio update as the team looks ahead to its next title. With development on The Veilguard now complete, and no DLC currently in the works, the studio has slimmed down and refocused – with Mass Effect 5 firmly on the agenda.

Yep, this new update continues BioWare’s commitment to more Mass Effect; this time explaining a bit more about how the studio is restructuring to make ME5 a reality. The Canadian studio now has “a core team” working on its upcoming sci-fi RPG, and some developers who helped make The Veilguard come to life have moved to other teams within EA.
