Joe Manganiello and Caitlin O’Connor Engaged After 2 Years of Dating

It’s been an extra special year for Caitlin O’Connor.

In addition to staying booked and busy as an actress and TV host, she got engaged to her partner Joe Manganiello after two years of dating.

“We’re just very happy,” Caitlin told E! News in an exclusive interview. “I’m very happy, taking it day by day.”

As the Pennsylvania natives—who met at a party for Winning Time in Los Angeles—continue to enjoy this chapter, wedding plans are on the horizon. In fact, there’s one sweet treat that will be a must-have at the model and the True Blood alum’s nuptials.

“I’m just starting to do a little research, but I know that I will have a cookie table,” Caitlin shared. “It’s a Pittsburgh tradition, and I love desserts, so that’s the first thing that came to my mind, all of the cookies and snacks and treats that will be there.”

In the meantime, she’s keeping her calendar as full as possible with work opportunities, including collabs with Alo and more.

“TV hosting has always been my passion,” Caitlin, a guest correspondent for E! News earlier this year, explained, “since I was 7 years old at my elementary school, hosting the Christmas program.”

While working in front of the camera has been a dream, she’s also making a name for herself behind the scenes.

“I’m really deep into pre-production on the indie films that I’m producing, two of them,” Caitlin, who was inducted into the Producers Guild of America this year, told E!. “So that is my day job right now.”

And when her schedule allows, she’s traveling the world with Joe and their dog Bubbles.

“Bubbles is way more traveled than any dog in the world,” Caitlin noted. “She goes everywhere. I think she’s been to probably 17 countries. Ever since Joe adopted her from Dogs Without Borders, she’s been all over the world.”

Given Bubbles is typically by their side, is it safe to say she’ll be involved in Joe and Caitlin’s special day?

“Bubbles goes everywhere,” Caitlin teased. “So you can imagine she will be.”

As Caitlin continues to celebrate this season, keep reading to see all the couples who said “I do” in 2025.
