In December 2023, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram revealed that Charleston White faced arrest related to animal cruelty allegations from December 2022 and an assault incident in November 2023.
The outlet shared that the Tarrant County Criminal District Attorney’s Office had filed a report claiming White tortured a cat by spraying it with pepper spray. This led to two counts of aggravated assault in November 2023 after someone called in about the incident. However, White insisted he was the victim in the situation, according to a police report.
