Shivaji Satam returned to CID 2 as ACP Pradyuman. As reported by The Daily Jagran, the actor reportedly charges Rs 1 lakh per episode. He is one of the most important characters in the show.

Fans were in for a shock when Shivaji Satam quit the show. It was shown that his character ACP Pradyuman died in CID 2. Later, Parth Samthaan entered the show as ACP Ayushman. However, on public demand, Shivaji Satam was brought back to CID 2.
