The menu begins with a refreshing Lo Hei Slaw RAW, symbolising prosperity, followed by a delightful dim sum basket featuring wild mushroom fun goa, scallop dumplings, and chicken with black truffle. Each dish is designed to honour tradition while embracing modern innovation.
For the mains, the show-stopping slow-roasted Demon Duck, aged 14 days, takes centre stage, accompanied by house-made duck sauce and condiments. Other highlights include grilled lobster with laksa chawanmushi, Wagyu beef with black pepper sauce, and bok choy with Singaporean crunch. The meal is perfectly complemented by stir-fry Long Life Noodles, a symbol of health and longevity.
