London riser FromJerome has shared new EP ‘Before The Sun Sets’.

The 21-year-old started sharing his music during lockdown, using the space in his life opened up by the pandemic to nail down his creativity. Infatuated by dancehall and afrobeats, FromJerome is also partial to the club energy of house, resulting in a subtle but distinctive blend.

Part of the UK newgen, FromJerome dubs his sound ‘afro-hall’, a crossover elixir that touches on numerous bases.

Rimzee is a fan, while Gabzy and Remi Burgz have also offered co-signs on social media – with singles like ‘Favourite Stranger’ blowing up, few would bet against him.

New EP ‘Before The Sun Sets’ offers a broad survey of his passions, a six-tracker that fights against Autumnal lethargy.
