Fubo has launched a ‘Multiview’ feature on select Roku devices in Canada, allowing users to select and stream up to four live channels simultaneously.
In a press release, the sports-first company said this makes its platform the first virtual multichannel video programming distributor (MVPD) to offer up to four simultaneous channel live streams. Multiview is fully customizable and available across all Fubo channels, which Fubo notes is particularly handy if you want to watch sports and news content at the same time.
The company also notes that Multiview, which is currently in beta on select Roku devices, will expand to additional Roku devices “in the coming weeks.” Per the company, Roku is one Fubo’s top devices for viewership in Canada.
Fubo starts at $29.99/month for a ‘Sports’ membership and $42.99/month for ‘Premium’ (sports and other entertainment) subscription, with quarterly and annual options available for each for reduced monthly costs.
