Prepare Your Mecha in Granvir
Airborne Games, the studio behind the airship combat title Airmen and the roguelite prelude Granvir Zero Front, teams up with indie micro-publisher GIGATANK 3000 to bring players their next major release. Granvir, a third-person action roguelite mech-builder, launches on September 23, 2025, at 5 AM PST. The game offers three full campaigns, over 300 unique mech parts, and the option to fight solo or in multiplayer co-op with up to ten pilots.
Players can experience Granvir Zero Front for free, which introduces the story and mechanics of the main game. They can wishlist Granvir on Steam to prepare for the full-scale mech warfare campaign.
Granvir puts players in control of powerful, customizable war machines as they fight against the Millennium Company’s invasion of Inheritance. Players can equip their mechs with swords, rocket spears, claw-like jaw arms, cannons, machine guns, flamethrowers, and missile systems. They can mix and match to create unique builds. Defeating ace pilots rewards players with their signature parts, adding more options for customization.
The game also challenges players to make strategic decisions between battles. Pilots manage supplies, plan routes across dynamic campaign maps, and use each zone’s unique resources to their advantage. In rest areas, teams can share parts and refit mechs before heading back into combat, keeping co-op groups tightly coordinated.
