Ghanaian actress Salma Mumin, speaking on UTV’s United Showbiz, defended Bishop Amoako’s statement that the accident was not intentional.
“Salifu Amoako’s son didn’t carry a gun to kill anyone” It was a tragic accident,” she expressed. “Accidents can happen to anyone, regardless of age. Since it was an accident, we need to be cautious with our words. No one knows when something like this can occur.
“Even if he was a stubborn child at home, I don’t believe he took the car with the intention to cause such a tragedy,” she shared.
She went on to reflect on the incident, noting that Elrad himself could have been harmed, and said, “It was only by God’s grace.” Salma also extended her sympathies to the families affected, adding, “I know their pain won’t go away, but I pray God gives them strength through this difficult time.”
