Kevin Wants to Support Grace From Behind the Scenes

As Grace navigates a successful transformation as a KOL influencer in recent years, Kevin would occasionally appear in her videos, but revealed that he would sometimes turn her down as well. He jokingly said, “I don’t want to work for free, I need to earn a living too!”

Complimenting Grace on the conceptualization, screenwriting and acting in her video production, Kevin said that she displays a good grasp of characterization, and is able to bring a touch of humor where appropriate. He continued, “I only want to help, give her some suggestions and add a finishing touch,”

What Made Kevin Decide that Grace Is the One

With Valentine’s fast approaching, the loving pair revealed they have already prepared gifts for exchange, but will be foregoing a romantic celebration for a themed park family outing, as it is also eldest son Rafael‘s (鄭承悅) birthday. Kevin shared that Rafael preferred not to hold a party with his classmates but wished for a hotel staycation instead! “He was happiest when we went for a six-day cruise, we’d go on a family vacation during his birthday every year,” As coming August 12 will be the couple’s their seventh wedding anniversary – the two have known each other for ten years – Kevin spontaneously shared a dating anecdote which made him want to marry Grace!

“She had a job in Paris, so I flew over on that Valentine’s, and brought her to a famous jewellery shop, telling her to pick anything she likes. I was also scared about busting my credit card, but she initially refused to choose anything, and only picked out a tiny heart-shaped ring in the end! At that point, I knew she was wife material!”

Grace said that she didn’t think that was a test, but purely chose the ring as she likes simple and practical designs. To thank her, Kevin gave her a giant diamond ring at their wedding. The two said they will not be headed for Paris to celebrate their anniversary, as they have to care for their three sons.

Missing from the “Fistful” gang’s lunar new year gathering this year, rumors that Kevin has drifted apart from Kenneth Ma (馬國明) and the rest resurfaced again. Addressing this, he said, “Friendship is really simple, not turning up doesn’t mean we’re not on good terms. This topic’s already continued for over a year…we just can’t find a time to meet. As parents, a lot of times we have to take care of the kiddoes first, at this point my children are my priority, so no need to make a mountain out of a molehill!” Grace said that there had been “some matters at home” this year and she had to take care of the family so she did not invite friends over or go visiting. She added that she had already explained to her friends, as she did not want to have to keep up a happy pretense.
