Kris Jenner Attends Niece’s Wedding Nearly One Year After Sister Karen Houghton’s Death
Kris Jenner is celebrating her late sister Karen Houghton.
The Kardashians shared an emotional tribute on what would’ve been Karen’s 67th birthday, emphasizing how she’s been in Kris’ thoughts in the 18 months since her March 2024 death.
“Happy heavenly birthday to my beautiful sister Karen,” Kris captioned a carousel of images of Karen with her and various members of their family, including their mother Mary Jo Campbell and Kris’ daughter Kim Kardashian. “I think about you every single day.”
She added, “I miss you, I love you, and I know you’re watching over all of us.”
And in the time since Karen’s death, Kris has been sure to show up for her family, including attending the wedding of Karen’s daughter Natalie Zettel to Noah Warren earlier this year.
“Last weekend was a dream in La Jolla, California, celebrating my beautiful niece Natalie’s wedding,” Kris wrote in a March 4 Instagram post alongside several photos of the couple’s ceremony. “Such a magical day filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. Congratulations, Natalie and Noah! Wishing you both a lifetime of happiness!”
For her part, Natalie shared some touching words about her late mother on Mother’s Day.
“My mommy is forever in my heart and soul and I am forever grateful for all that she has done for me,” she wrote on Instagram in May. “She raised me to be the woman I am today. Her unconditional love and selfless acts of kindness showed me how to be the best I can be.”

The 27-year-old added, “I love you mommy and I miss you so. One day we will be together again.”
Kris first shared the news of the death of her only sibling back in March 2024.
“It is with the heaviest heart and deepest sadness that I share that my sister Karen passed away yesterday unexpectedly,” she wrote on X at the time. “My heart aches for my mom MJ and my niece Natalie and I pray that God guides us all through this difficult time. Karen was beautiful inside and out.”
“She was the sweetest, kindest, the most sensitive and vulnerable and so so funny,” she continued. “She always felt grateful and thankful for her life and treasured her family and friends and especially her beautiful daughter. She holds such a huge part of my heart and I cherish every single memory we have together.”
