Linux-based KDE Slimbook VII launches at €1,029 with Ryzen AI 9 365, Radeon 880M and 165 Hz display

Thanks to its 80 Wh battery and highly efficient Ryzen chip, the KDE Slimbook VII is rated for up to 12 hours of use on a single charge. It ships with KDE Neon – a Linux-based operating system designed with an approachable interface, even for Linux beginners. Connectivity options include two USB-C ports that support 10 Gbit/s transfer speeds and 100-watt charging, alongside two USB-A ports (5 Gbit/s), an HDMI output, Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.2.

Price and availability
Starting at €1,029 (US$1,185), the KDE Slimbook VII is now available from the official online shop. Although the laptop ships from Spain, the company offers various keyboard layouts for international customers. The standard configuration comes with a Ryzen AI 9 365, 16 GB of RAM, a 500 GB SSD, KDE Neon, and a 100-watt USB-C charger. Both the memory and storage are user-upgradable, with the Slimbook offering a free M.2 slot for a second SSD.
