Lots Of Xbox Games Are Reduced By 90-95% In January’s ‘Last Chance’ Sale

The bargains have begun for 2025!

Fortunately, the Last Chance Sale includes a whole bunch of titles that have been discounted by 90% or more, bringing them down to extremely low prices! Some of the highlights are Middle-earth: Shadow of War, Back 4 Blood, Mad Max, Borderlands 3, loads of LEGO games, and even The Smurfs – Mission Vileaf – an arguably underrated gem!

In the table down below, we’ve listed every Xbox game in January’s “Last Chance” sale with a 90% or 95% discount in the UK and/or US. Discounts can vary per-region, so a certain game might not be 90% off where you are, but it should be heavily reduced in any case. The sale is expected to last until January 13th, so you’ve got a while to grab these deals!
