Said to be particularly popular among affluent consumers in Japan and China, the firm’s NMN products are also available in the US and UAE, where its official online store was launched in June 2024.
On the back of these overseas expansions, Mirailab recently announced that it is partnering with Singapore distributor Global Ocean Distribution Pte Ltd to sell its products in the country.
Currently, two products, namely NMN 9000 Pure VIP Plus and NMN Aqua Pet, are available on Mirai Lab’s official Shopee store. More products are expected to be added in the near future.
“As an authorised retailer, the official Shopee Singapore store provides a reliable and accessible platform for local consumers to purchase authentic Mirai Lab products. Japanese products sold in Singapore tend to be significantly more expensive, but our store offers prices that are almost identical to those in Japan.
“To minimise the impact of currency fluctuations, we adjust our prices flexibly to ensure that consumers always get to purchase our products at fair and reasonable prices. With products stocked in Singapore, customers can also receive their orders without long waiting times,” the firm said.
The recommended daily intake of NMN is between 150 and 300mg. However, obtaining 300mg of NMN from food requires eating about 24,000 edamame beans or 4,800 broccoli heads.
NMN 9000 Pure VIP Plus contains 150mg of NMN per capsule, which means that two capsules per day would be able to “support beauty and health maintenance”. This efficiency is attributed to the product’s popularity in this series.
Additionally, it is recommended for people with concerns such as lack of skin moisture, difficulty sleeping, and persistent fatigue even after resting.
NMN Aqua Pet is a powder formulation consisting of NMN that is especially designed to support the immune system and other health needs of pets.
Widely studiedNMN is derived from nicotinamide, a form of vitamin B3 that exists in the cells of all living organisms. Although it is naturally synthesised in the body, its levels decline with age, leading to a deterioration of various cellular functions.
As NMN acts on all seven types of longevity-related genes (sirtuins), it has garnered significant attention and is widely studied globally for its potential effects on skin ageing, muscle weakness, rejuvenation, among other age-related issues.
According to Mirailab, it is the only company in Japan that owns an in-house NMN research laboratory, with its NMN being the first in the world to be used in a safety test on humans.

In addition, the firm’s NMN products had been selected as a test food in clinical research at the Washington University in St. Louis, as well as for use in large-scale human clinical trials funded by the US Department of Defense.
The purity level of NMN is also said to be a testament to product quality.
