Nirvana Members Perform With Kim Gordon, St. Vincent, and More at FireAid Benefit Concert: Watch

Surviving Nirvana members Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic and former touring guitarist Pat Smear reunited at the California wildfires benefit concert FireAid on Thursday night. They played four Nirvana classics with the help of some guest vocalists. St. Vincent opened the set with a cover of “Breed,” while Kim Gordon took lead vocals on “School.” Elsewhere during the Nirvana reunion, Joan Jett helmed a rendition of “Territorial Pissings,” and Dave Grohl’s daughter Violet Grohl sang “All Apologies.” Check it out below around the 3:44:00 mark.

Joan Jett previously joined the Nirvana members during their last major reunion, at 2018’s Cal Jam, in San Bernardino. During Nirvana’s Rock & Roll Hall of Fame induction, back in 2014, St. Vincent, Kim Gordon, and Joan Jett, and Lorde were among the singers they had perform with them.
