Both are good & important in any business. But their short comings can be dangerous if not properly monitored and take care of.
Man can be dubious and greedy from the onset of the business ,he might be planning evil and ruin the business. If you are lucky to find a good man in your business, take of him very well because of unavoidable responsibilities he can change suddenly to evil man.
Women are also devilish when they see money and well to do personnel who employ them. Most especially if the person (employer) is young rich and wealthy. But if the employer is a man and he didn’t give in to their selfish demand. They don’t have second thought than to ruin his life and business. In fact they can leave the company so that the person won’t have solution to his problem through out life.
