Samsung has announced the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series, consisting of the Tab S10 FE and Tab S10+ FE, these new mid-range tablets are powered by the Samsung Exynos 1580 processor paired with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of expandable storage.
Matching the latest iPad Air, the Galaxy Tab S10+ FE boasts a larger 13.1-inch that is significantly larger than the previous model, it is an IPS LCD panel with a 90Hz refresh rate, while the regular Tab S10 FE continues to boast the same 10.9-inch LCD 90Hz screen as before.
In terms of dimensions, the Galaxy Tab S10 FE and Tab S10+ FE has an impressive 6.0mm slim body while weighing 500g and 668g respectively, it is slightly slimmer than the iPad Air but weighs significantly more, but in return, you get IP68 water and dust resistance that the competition doesn’t.
Samsung isn’t pushing the full suite of Galaxy AI on its mid-range tablet like the Galaxy A series smartphones, but you still get features such as Circle to Search, Solve Math equations and Handwriting Help in Samsung Notes, Object Eraser and Best Face in the gallery app.
The Galaxy Tab S10 FE series ships with One UI 7 based on Android 15, these tablets are expected to come with up to four generations of Android OS updates and five years of security updates similar to their predecessors.
Both tablets come with a 13MP rear and 12MP ultra-wide front camera, they charge fast with 45W wired charging, while an 8000mAh and 10090mAh battery powers the Tab S10 FE and Tab S10+ FE respectively, which should offer a full day of use at work and college.
At this time, Samsung has not revealed local availability and price, but we can safely assume the Galaxy Tab S10 FE series to be priced similarly as last year with great promotions in place.
