The upcoming film ‘Parandhu Po’, directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ram, is set to hit theatres on July 4. The movie features a diverse cast including Mirchi Shiva, Aju Varghese, and Grace Antony.
At a recent press meet held in Chennai, actor Siddharth shared his thoughts on the film and director Ram. He praised Ram’s creative vision, calling him a brilliant storyteller whose works always reflect truth and inquiry. Siddharth spoke about their longstanding friendship and admiration, saying, “Since the day I met Ram, I have always looked up to him with respect, even when he’s just sitting.”
He further praised how Ram directs child actors, making their characters ask thought-provoking questions that invite deep reflection from the audience. Speaking about co-star Mirchi Shiva, Siddharth said, “He always brings a cheerful and open vibe on set, which is what makes everyone like him.” Siddharth was particularly moved by Grace Antony’s role in the movie and had discussions with Ram about her character after watching the film.
He concluded by saying, “Ram is always a part of all my creations, and he wishes for me to be part of all his too.”
‘Parandhu Po’ promises to be a meaningful cinematic experience driven by emotions, strong performances, and Ram’s unique style of filmmaking.
