The duo of Aadhi Pinisetty and filmmaker Arivazhagan Venkatachalam reunited after a decade for the horror-thriller ‘Sabdham.’ The film, which highlights sound, visuals, and technical brilliance, tells the story of a paranormal investigator uncovering mysterious deaths. Released in theaters on February 28, the movie received positive reviews and became a box office success.
Upon its theatrical release, ‘Sabdham’ impressed audiences with its unique storytelling and technical finesse. Featuring Simran and Laila in key roles, the film was also released in Telugu under the same title. The story revolves around Ruben (Aadhi Pinisetty), a paranormal investigator sent to a medical university in Munnar to solve unexplained deaths.
OTT Release on Amazon Prime Video
The post-theatrical streaming rights were acquired by Amazon Prime Video. The film is expected to premiere on the platform starting March 28, though an official confirmation is awaited.

Aadhi Pinisetty plays the lead role alongside Lakshmi Menon, Simran, Laila, Redin Kingsley, Vivek Prasanna, and others. The movie is directed by Arivazhagan Venkatachalam and produced under the 7G Films and AAlpha Frames banners. Thaman composed the music, while V.J. Sabu Joseph handled editing, and Arun Bathmanaban worked as the cinematographer.
