On Saturday, 25 January 2025, Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island will host the prestigious Flavours of 50 Best Evening Brunch at Graphos Social Kitchen, bringing together culinary legends from across the globe. This event offers guests an exclusive opportunity to experience innovative local and international cuisine in a beautiful al fresco setting.

A Stellar Culinary Line-Up

Guests can look forward to an evening of exquisite flavours, featuring:

Eduard Xatruch, from the acclaimed Disfrutar in Barcelona, currently ranked as The World’s Best Restaurant. Xatruch will present one of his signature dishes, offering diners a taste of his inventive culinary style.

Gaggan Anand, the trailblazing Indian chef whose Bangkok restaurant was crowned The Best Restaurant in Asia an unprecedented four times. Anand will engage diners in a live cooking session and an intimate discussion about his career and culinary philosophy.

Louisa Lim, head pastry chef at Odette and Asia’s Best Pastry Chef 2023, who will conclude the meal with an exquisite signature dessert.

Raminta Ambroževičiūtė, the talented bartender from LPM Dubai, who will craft expertly curated cocktails to enhance the evening’s gastronomic journey.

An Immersive Dining Experience

The Flavours of 50 Best Evening Brunch promises more than just extraordinary food.
