TikTok is launching a new setting that lets users reduce AI-generated videos in their “For You” feed and testing invisible watermarks for better content labeling.

November 19, 2025 – TikTok is introducing a new option that lets users see fewer AI-generated videos in their “For You” feed.

The toggle, currently in testing, will appear in the Manage Topics section within the coming weeks. Similar to existing controls for categories like dance, sports, and food, the AIGC setting allows users to dial down AI content without completely removing it.

To improve labeling, TikTok is also testing invisible watermarks. In the next few weeks, content created with TikTok’s own tools (such as AI Editor Pro) and uploads bearing C2PA credentials will receive undetectable watermarks, enabling more reliable identification and providing extra context about edits and origin.
