Wang Xiaofei (汪小菲) and his wife Mandy Ma (馬筱梅) officially registered their marriage last year. Despite his ex-wife, Barbie Hsu (徐熙媛), passing away unexpectedly in February, Xiaofei decided to hold his wedding with Mandy on May 17 as originally planned.
However, leading up to the couple’s celebrations, Mandy has faced a wave of negative publicity. In addition to allegations from her ex-husband accusing Mandy of infidelity during their marriage, around 3,000 revealing photos allegedly taken a decade ago surfaced on Weibo.
Mandy stated she has not been in contact with her ex-husband for many years. In response to his claims that she had cheated in their marriage, Mandy said he could report it to the police if he truly felt threatened. “We haven’t been in touch for years–his sudden appearance really surprised me.” As to whether the explicit photos are hers, Mandy replied her lawyer was already collecting evidence for legal action against false accusations that claimed she was a prostitute in Macau.
