Wontumi Fires Rev. Owusu Bempah – “NPP Is Like Family, We Had No Hand In Your Arrest”

Chairman Wontumi has strongly refuted recent claims made by Reverend Owusu Bempah, accusing him of misleading the public about his arrest.

According to Wontumi, the popular pastor’s allegations that members of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) orchestrated his arrest are false. He clarified that the police administration, not the NPP, were responsible for Owusu Bempah’s arrest, and he pointed out that even Inspector General of Police, Dr. George Akuffo Dampare, had no direct involvement in the incident.

NPP is like blood to me, and I would never do anything to harm its reputation,” Wontumi stated passionately.
