If he performs well, Xbox fans will benefit
This week, you may have come across an Xbox tease on social media that’s been attracting a lot of attention, and it turns out that tease is related to a new partnership – Xbox UK has teamed up with the English darts star, Luke Littler.
Luke is taking the darts world by storm at the moment, and has discussed his love of Xbox on numerous occasions throughout 2024. The partnership will see him sporting the Xbox logo at the upcoming PDC World Darts Championship in London, with Xbox’s PR team stating that it “only made sense” for the two parties to join forces and “celebrate his love for gaming in a way that felt authentic”.
Luke Littler: “I’m looking forward to partnering with Xbox and bringing two of my biggest passions together – darts and gaming. I hope I can provide fans with as many rewards as possible through my performances at the PDC World Darts Championship and help them score more with Xbox.”
As mentioned, there are prizes (or “community rewards”) up for grabs as part of this partnership as well. Every time Luke hits a score of 180, gets a nine dart finish or wins a match at the PDC Championship, Xbox UK will be giving away a heap of prizes including Xbox Game Pass Ultimate memberships and even custom Xbox Series S consoles.
The Championship takes place from December 15th to January 3rd, and Xbox’s PR team advises fans to follow the Xbox UK social media channels as the tournament progresses for more details about how to win “awesome prizes”.
