Including a First Berserker: Khazan demo!
It feels like we’ve been talking a lot today about free Xbox games! There’s the whole Xbox Free Play Days thing, with EA making eight games free to try, and we also discussed the “Just For You” deals that are going around right now.
Beyond that though, there are two extra freebies that we don’t want you to miss out on! The first of these is a free demo for the upcoming hardcore action RPG The First Berserker: Khazan, which currently has an Xbox release date of March 27, 2025. In the demo, you can play the first two missions, with progress also carrying over to the main game.

The other new freebie which you might not be aware of is SMITE 2. Yes, this game has been in paid early access for a little while, and although Xbox doesn’t seem to be classing it as a new launch, the game is now available to play for free.
We’re going to throw more details about both of these games down below, but while we’re here, we may as well bring your attention to a couple of other free-to-play titles that have arrived on Xbox recently. Seal: WHAT the FUN arrived on Xbox back in late December as a Fall-Guys style obstacle course game, while Faaast Penguin brought its pretty cool-looking racing game to Xbox on December 23rd. You’ll find both of those on the Xbox Store right now.

The First Berseker: Khazan (Free Demo)

SMITE 2 (New Free-To-Play Release)
